The internship is very flexible. The selected candidate will have flexible working conditions. Hours will be accommodating to school. Some hours will be worked remote as well and with flex hours. Estimate per week is 15 hours but is negotiable if the student has constraints or additional hours during different time of the year to ensure school comes first . Ryan Zintgraff, President

What began with an interest in the history, artwork and stories of stamps as a young boy has transformed into what is now KLECT. The idea for KLECT presented itself when Zintgraff was writing code for an online inventory system for his own personal stamp collection. He ultimately wanted to be able to share and trade with other collectors. After three years of preliminary research and development, KLECT went live.

Zintgraff received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas and a Masters of Business Administration from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas. His professional experience is centered around marketing and sales within the information technology industry. Among the positions Zintgraff has held are Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Marketing Account Executive and World Wide Professional Services Manager. However, do not be fooled by his many successes in large established companies such Xerox, Pervasive Software, AT&T, and ePartners. Zintgraff is no stranger to the start-up environment. He has pioneered multiple entrepreneurial successes in addition to KLECT.

Zintgraff also continues to serve in the US Navy as a Supply and Logistics Officer, but he does find time to enjoy himself. When he is not spending time with his family or tinkering with KLECT, Zintrgraff is dominating the handball court, leading a group of 110 Cub Scouts as a Cubmaster or restoring a 1953 Chevy Bel-Air.

Ryan Hollister, Web Application Developer

The guy behind the technological workings of KLECT, Ryan Hollister has been running his own web design and development business for over two years now. As a sports card collector who had tried plenty of software packages to manage his collection, Hollister recognized the need for an inventory system that was user friendly. When Zintgraff pitched KLECT to him, the concept made perfect sense and a partnership followed.

After graduating with distinction from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a minor in Computer Sciences, Hollister relocated to Austin in perusal of personal and professional opportunities. He has been successful in various technological positions, but his interests lay with web development.

If he is not working on the latest developments for KLECT, Hollister can be found on the golf course, playing video games or spending time with his fiancé and friends.

Michael Peter, Software Architect

Michael Peter has been developing software in both Fortune 500 and startup environments for 18 years. He specializes in turning business process problems into software and people process solutions using enterprise-level implementations.

Michael received his BBA in Computer Science from the University of Texas.

Special thanks to others who provided invaluable early consultation and advice: Elizabeth Bula, Jimmy Ruth,Zheng Zhu, Lilliana Lui, Kevin Kim, Gary Zintgraff, Dr. CJ Picha, Summer Hayes, Amber Oliver and all the friends and family who helped KLECT launch!
